At ELIVAVA, we want you to absolutely love your curated space. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to help:

• 30-Day Window: You can request a return for any unused product in its original, unvandalized packaging within 30 days of tracking delivery.

• Return Shipping: As an independent boutique boutique brand, return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless an item arrived defective or damaged.

• Damaged Items: In the rare event that fragile decor (like glass or ceramics) arrives broken, please email us a clear photo within 48 hours of delivery at support@eli-vava.com and we will issue a replacement or full refund

Refunds

Refunds are issued once we receive the returned items .Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
